EH High Thrust Linear Actuator

EH-high thrust linear actuator of ATLANTA is designed for use in spindle lifting tables and other lifting equipment.

The modular design enables the design engineer to choose the linear actuator according to his requirements. The design of the driving system is based upon the EN standard 1570 for lifting tables as well as the rules of the German Professional Association for lifting platforms VBG 14 and the draft standard prEN 1493 for vehicle lifting platforms.

The basic gear unit is a three-stage spur-gear unit or a one- or two-stage planetary gear unit with oil bath lubrication, available either with non-rotating or rotating spindle. When used with a non-rotating spindle, this will be a trapezoidal-thread spindle. It fulfills the self-locking requirements of the VBG 14. For the rotating version it is possible to use either trapezoidal-thread or ball-screw spindles with different spindle diameters. This helps to adapt the drive system to the greatest variety of applications.

The spindles are protected against contamination with bellows and protective tubes and are optimally provided with grease by means of an electronically controlled lubricator. A safety grip nut and motor cutoff in the case of a failure of the supporting nut, i.e. requirements of EN 1570, are equally part of our delivery program as is the end-position tripping with the non-rotating spindle. Different link rod heads and fixing lugs are available for mounting in the lifting construction.
