ATLANTA splined shafts and hubs are low-priced joining elements designed for application in the mechanical engineering sector, the automotive industry (power take-off shafts) etc.

    with solid shaft end, milled, unhardened
    material: heat-treatable steel C 35K, mat. no. 1.0501
    DIN dimensions: 6x11x14 bis 38x1,25x29
  • Splined shafts and toothed shafts, profile bars DIN 9611 and DIN 5463 material: heat-treatable steel C45, mat.no. 1.0503, unhardened DIN dimensions: 6x11x14 to 38x1,25x29, length 250 to 4000mm
  • Mounting hubs with broached internal profile DIN 9611, 5463, 5480 material: heat-treatable steel C45, WSt.-Nr. 1.0501, unhardened
  • Sleeves with broached internal profile DIN 9611, 5463, 5480
    material: heat-treatable steel 16MnCr5, WSt.Nr. 1.7131, unhardened

 

Apart from profiles milled from solid stock featuring solid shaft ends, we also supply from stock full-length drawn or milled profile bars. The dimensions of these bars are in keeping with DIN recommendations or are manufactured in accordance with DIN standards.

ATLANTA splined shafts in accordance with DIN 5463/9611 and profile shafts with module-based tooth gearing according to DIN 5480, in conjunction with our sleeve and adaptor programme, offer you a wide variety to select from to suit your individual needs.
